Returns & Refund Policy

At Skinovia, your satisfaction is everything. We stand behind every product we offer, and if something isn't right, we're here to make it right. This policy applies to all purchases made on skinovia.ae, operated by Opera Engineering FZ-LLC, UAE, in accordance with the UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item for a full refund. To qualify, products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included. We inspect every return upon receipt to ensure items meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once opened or used:

  • Conductive Gel and consumables — once the seal is broken, these cannot be accepted back.
  • Scalp brushes and personal-contact accessories — if used, these items cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Email support@skinovia.ae with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the designated courier.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@skinovia.ae with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.

Exchanges for Defective Items

We offer exchanges for items that arrive with a manufacturing defect. Simply contact us within the 30-day window and we will send a replacement once the defective unit is returned. If the same item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

Device Warranty

All Skinovia devices are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, contact support@skinovia.ae with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process promptly.

Your Rights Under UAE Law

This policy is designed to meet and exceed your rights under the UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you are entitled to as a consumer in the UAE.
