Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Skinovia device. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on skinovia.ae, operated by Opera Engineering FZ-LLC (UAE). All refunds are issued in AED.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original undamaged packaging, and complete with all accessories.
Hygiene & personal-care exclusion
For health and hygiene reasons, skincare and personal-care devices, conductive gels and consumables cannot be returned once opened or used, unless the item is faulty or was received damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@skinovia.ae with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you.
How to start a return
- Email support@skinovia.ae with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty.
