Returns & Refund Policy Last updated: June 2026 30-Day Return Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with your Skinovia purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility for Returns Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Item must be in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number) is required. Consumable products (conductive gels, serums, replacement heads) may only be returned if unopened and unused. How to Initiate a Return 1. Email support@skinovia.ae with your order number and reason for return 2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions 3. Pack the item securely and ship to the return address provided 4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund Refund Processing Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. UAE Consumer Protection Your rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) are not affected by this policy.
