Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on skinovia.ae, operated by Opera Engineering FZ-LLC (UAE). All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
UAE Delivery
Free shipping on all UAE orders. Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from our Dubai warehouse to all Emirates.

Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
