These Terms govern your use of skinovia.ae and any purchase you make. The store is operated by Opera Engineering FZ-LLC (UAE). By placing an order you accept these Terms.

Products & descriptions

Skinovia products are cosmetic skincare and personal-care tools intended to help improve the appearance of the skin. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we send dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock, pricing error, suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
